Mac serves as President of TwoPointO Investor Relations. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the administration of the Valeo real estate portfolio and guiding the analysis and recommendations on investment decisions for new private investment opportunities. Prior to joining TwoPointO, Mac served as general counsel for August Mack Environmental and was an attorney with Dentons Bingham Greenebaum. In the community, he devotes time to the Penrod Society, IU Center for Real Estate Studies, and the house corporation for the Zeta Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta. Mac received his undergraduate degree, and completed a joint JD/MBA degree program, from Indiana University. Mac and his wife, Morgan, live in Indianapolis with their two children, Ruthie Jean and Samuel. They are parishioners of St. Luke Catholic Church.
Justin is the Chairman of TwoPointO. In his role, he focuses on expanding the TwoPointO and Valeo footprint within the commercial real estate community and a liaison between sponsors and the Valeo Private Investment Committee. He additionally strategizes with the TwoPointO team on historical relationships, special projects, portfolio management, new sponsor evaluation, and new investment pursuits.

Kevin is a VP of TwoPointO. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing financial analysis, operational initiatives, and strategy considerations for the Valeo real estate portfolio and sponsor relationships. Kevin has been with Valeo since 2016, where he served as an investment analyst for both public and private market before moving to TwoPointO. He remains a voting member of the Valeo Investment Committee. Kevin is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis.
Josh oversees investment due diligence, sponsor relations, and fundraising efforts for TwoPointO. Josh has been the VP of Investments with TwoPointO since its inception in 2020. Prior to TwoPointO, Josh was a private investment analyst for Valeo Financial Advisors and served in the United States Marine Corps.
Beyond his professional roles, Josh actively participates in various community organizations, including the Penrod Society, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, NAIOP, ULI, Indy REAL, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, and Riley Children’s Hospital. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana State University.
Ruthanne is a Senior Investment Operations Analyst for TwoPointO. In her role, she is responsible for facilitating cashiering, coordinating communication with clients, and managing the receipt and distribution of tax documents. Ruthanne has been with Valeo since 2018 and was part of Valeo's operations team before joining TwoPointO in January 2021. She received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Governors University.

Max Von Deylen is a Senior Associate with TwoPointO. Max and his team work to provide investor relations services and facilitation of the financing process for direct commercial real estate investments all over the United States. Max is responsible for managing assets in the active portfolio and evaluating prospective real estate investments in target markets and sub-asset classes. Prior to joining TwoPointO, Max was an analyst at J.P Morgan in its Asset & Wealth Management division. He received a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics and Spanish from Wabash College. Max is an Indianapolis native and currently resides downtown. He is passionate about the growth and development of urban communities and the proliferation of local art.
Troy is responsible for underwriting new investments, assisting in managing the real estate portfolio, leading real estate sponsor relationships, and strategic initiatives within the TwoPointO leadership team.
Prior to joining TwoPointO, Troy served over three years as a debt analyst for HFF (now JLL) and three years as a senior development associate with Scannell Properties. In the community, Troy is a former board member of Indy REAL, and a current member of Penrod Society and NAIOP. Troy and his wife Ally are also members of Traders Point Christian Church.
Beverly serves as the Chief of Staff for the President of TwoPointO, Mac Schilling.
In her role, she is responsible for navigating Mac’s professional and personal obligations and providing ancillary support to the overall team to ensure effective daily operations.
She is responsible for communicating with key stakeholders and scheduling Sponsor meetings. She also enjoys organizing community outreach opportunities for the TwoPointO team.

Will Day is the Investment Analyst for TwoPointO. Will is responsible for underwriting new investments, managing assets in the active portfolio, and the facilitation of investor reporting. Prior to joining Valeo, Will held an internship at Buckingham Companies as a Property Management and Leasing Intern. Will graduated from Indiana University in 2023, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business. While at Indiana University, Will was an active member of the IU Real Estate Club, Indiana University Dance Marathon, and Sigma Chi fraternity. Will is an Indianapolis native and currently resides downtown.
Emma Harmon is an Investment Operations Specialist for TwoPointO. In her role, she is responsible for the efficient flow of financial transactions, system maintenance, and optimizing the operations processes. In May 2023, she graduated from Hanover College with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Finance, Management, and Marketing. She is currently living in her hometown of Carmel, IN where she continues to develop her career goals and connect with the community through part-time work as an HCCTA tennis instructor.
