STAGE 1

INFORMATION SHARE

Our team will review the materials provided by the sponsor. We’ll evaluate our current capacity and fit as a partner based on the information provided.

SITE TOUR

After determining fit as a sponsor and interest in pursuing the investment, our team will conduct a site tour.

STAGE 2

PROJECT DUE DILIGENCE

We conduct a thorough due diligence process covering an in-depth review of the proforma, a market analysis, and a legal review.

SPONSOR PRESENTATION

The sponsor will present the investment opportunity to our Private Investment Committee (PIC). After the presentation, PIC will vote to approve the investment.

STAGE 3

CLIENT SHARE

After PIC’s approval, Valeo shares the investment opportunity with interested clients.

CLOSING

After client commitments are finalized, we facilitate document execution and project funding.

STAGE 4

INVESTOR RELATIONS

We provide ongoing cashiering, K-1 and investor report distributions, and cloud organization services.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Regularly strategize with sponsors on critical decision points during an investment's life cycle.
